New Tobacco Policy
Tobacco Policy
If a student is using or possessing tobacco on campus during the school day, the following consequences will be enforced:
- First Offense will be a three day suspension and $103 ticket from law enforcement.
- Second Offense will be a six day suspension and $103 ticket from law enforcement. Three days of this suspension may be held in abeyance.
- Third Offense will be dependent on the situation and it will be dealt with the same as repeated or cumulative violations.
- All days, as well as the ticket, can be held in abeyance as long as the student meets expectations set forth by Parma Osorio our Intervention Specialist.
